From the Editor:

As the frost has finally made its way into the increasingly dark evenings, I’ve tucked away my garden for the winter. There’s comfort in this ritual. Although the fall may bring a certain kind of passing, a sleep, a long pause - I know there’s a flickering of light and new growth awaiting on the other side of winter. This glimmer is what keeps me going. And in the quiet dark months that lie ahead, a new space is opened to give us all the time to move a bit slower, find some rest, and reflect upon our work before diving into the work of the future. 

As we’ve turned over the idea of Revival these past few months we’ve thought of restoration of mind, body, and spirit for both patient and provider.

Revival as a life-saving breath,

revival as a long slumber,

revival as rebirth of our identities,

revival as a lens to filter the past.
